Shauna began her career in 2005 at an RIA firm in the Philadelphia suburbs. There she initially focused on marketing, then sales, and ended up running the day-to-day business. She moved to a fast-growing alternative asset manager, FS Investments, where she helped them grow from $10 billion to $24 billion in assets under management. The majority of her time at FS was in sales leadership roles where she expanded sales expertise across the RIA, independent, and wirehouse channels.

Shauna has seen many sides of the business. She has been trained in consultative sales and high-performance coaching. She has developed people and teams (including a marketing, internal sales, and sales strategy and analytics team), helped build and merge businesses, implemented (a lot of) new ideas, worked with operational teams, data-focused specialists, developers, technologists, the most junior and the most senior leaders. Her professional experience, full of zigs and zags has provided her with a robust real-life education on how to think strategically, tactically, and analytically and partner with people from across an organization to deliver big and lasting results.

While Shauna never set out to be in financial services, what kept her in the industry is the pace of change and the opportunity to positively impact people. She quickly learned at the RIA firm that advisors and financial professionals deeply impact peoples' lives every day. Confidence, freedom, security, the ability to pursue big dreams are largely dependent on financial success and well-being. Empowering her clients to succeed and grow, and ultimately help their clients thrive is her why.   

Shauna’s passion is to help businesses and individuals grow in scalable and sustainable ways.   

When Shauna is not working with clients you'll likely find her outside doing something active with her husband (my high-school sweetheart who also happens to be an advisor) and their three girls (one's a golden retriever). She’s always seeking opportunities to learn and grow.

Shauna graduated from Villanova University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She completed the Co-Active Fundamentals coaching training in 2020 and the High-Performance Institute, High-Performance Coach Certification in 2021.
